Almeida's nursing background includes work as an RN at a Level-1 trauma center, where the focus was neurology, and later travel nursing. Her aesthetics career started with body sculpting, wellness and weight loss treatments, and it has since moved toward injectables and skin treatments. Before any injectable treatment, every client has a one-on-one consultation covering health history, prior procedures, medications and a facial analysis. Injectable clients are asked to avoid alcohol and ibuprofen for 24 hours beforehand, to avoid vaccines and to be off antibiotics for two weeks around treatment, and must disclose any lidocaine allergy before the appointment. Injectable treatments are not given to people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. A follow-up visit is required two to four weeks after an injectable treatment, and a Botox follow-up is scheduled at least 14 days after the first treatment.

Sculptra is planned as three sessions over the year, followed by maintenance sessions. Botox is priced at $12 per unit, and a Botox Bank of 100 units is sold for $950 and can be used at any time. Other neurotoxins, including Daxxify and Xeomin, are available on request. The facial menu includes a dermaplane facial with a masque, sheet mask, cryo globe therapy and a lip and eye mask, along with Skinvive, a personalized hydrating treatment. Hyperhidrosis treatment is offered for excessive sweating. Vitamin therapy includes Tri-Immune, Vitamin B12 and IV therapy on request. The site describes Tri-Immune as supporting immune function, wound healing and antioxidant delivery. IV and IM vitamin injections require a consultation before booking and are not appropriate for people with kidney issues or heart failure.

Retail skincare includes SkinMedica and ZO products, and TNS Advanced+ Serum, which is marketed for wrinkles, fine lines, skin tone and texture. Clients who receive Botox, Juvederm or SkinMedica products can earn points through the Allē loyalty program run by Allergan Aesthetics. Booking retainers of $75 apply to consultations, dermal fillers, Botox, Skinvive and hyperhidrosis, and $50 deposits apply to dermaplane facials, Botox Bank and Botox follow-up. A no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits the retainer or deposit.

Every injectable client has a one-on-one consultation first, and the practice requires follow-up visits after injectable treatments.
