A visit usually starts with a consultation. The free skin consultation includes a review of your current routine, and the paid options go further: the Virtual Skin Consultation ($100) covers a skin assessment, a review of products and routine, and a corrective treatment strategy, while The Brownlee Foundation Session ($250) is an in-person, 75-minute appointment. A Follow-Up Consult ($25) is available virtually or in person for clients who are already working with the studio.

Treatments are arranged in a progression. The Glow Maintenance Facial ($160) is recommended every four to six weeks and has no downtime. The Pigment Reset peels come in three strengths: Pigment Reset 1 ($185) is a gentle peel for every three to four weeks and needs SPF 30 or higher; Pigment Reset 2 ($225) is a medical-grade peel with three to five days of downtime and is not for first-time clients; Pigment Reset 3 ($325) is the strongest, with five to seven days of downtime, SPF 50 or higher, and is not for new clients. The Clear Skin Protocol ($165 per session) is a six-session series over 90 days, intended to calm inflammation, support the skin barrier and prepare skin for pigment correction. Collagen Renewal Therapy ($325, in person) is aimed at texture, acne scarring and post-inflammatory pigmentation.

The studio also runs the Away With Acne Program for local and virtual clients, and it offers business coaching for beauty founders alongside advanced clinical training and a Dark Spots Masterclass for professionals. The brand's online shop carries cleansers, serums and treatments, moisturizers, SPF, tools, and kits and bundles priced below buying each step separately. Gift cards from $20 to $1,000 are sent by email.

Formulas are developed and protocoled by the founder, and the brand describes its products as built from what works in the treatment room. Care is built around each client's skin, with a one-on-one consultation that considers lifestyle, diet and skin history.
