Sylvia Brownlee

Sylvia Brownlee is the founder of Skin by Brownlee & Co and works as an esthetician. She has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her career began with a decade working in a commission-based salon, followed by a move into salon management where she led teams. She then served as Executive Director at two cosmetology schools before founding the studio in Cincinnati. Her focus is corrective skincare, especially acne and hyperpigmentation on skin of color. She formulates and protocols every product from what has worked in her own treatment room, and she teaches other professionals through the Brownlee Method Academy. Clients can expect a one-on-one consultation that builds a routine around lifestyle, diet and skin history.
