The business was built as a calmer alternative to trend-led skincare, with its focus on individualized care and long-term skin health. Its approach draws on Korean skincare thinking, shaped by the founder's Korean heritage, and combines it with Western corrective science. The business says its professional formulas are trusted by leading Korean skin clinics and practitioners, and that it partners with global medical-grade skincare brands. A clinical skincare collection is sold only at the studios.

Each bespoke facial begins with a skin consultation, then a double cleanse, steam, extractions if needed, exfoliation, massage, a custom mask and professional products. Clients change into a spa robe and remove jewelry before treatment. The facials range from 50 to 90 minutes, and the business's own menu lists a first-time option, The P.U.R, along with The Gentleman, designed for male skin types. Monthly memberships include a regular service, enhancements and 10% off retail purchases. The Seasonal Package bundles three Aegis Hour facials.

Clients should arrive 15 minutes early, and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice or a charge of 50% of the booked service applies. A valid credit card is required at booking and full payment is due after service. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle, but personal checks and payment plans are not. Private events with customized facials and refreshments can be booked at the studio, and e-gift cards are sold on the website.
