Booking has a few set rules. A non-refundable deposit is taken for new appointments and is applied to the service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, and unconfirmed appointments that are missed are charged a full service fee. Clients must reply "Yes" to reminder texts or emails to confirm. Clients running late are asked to call or text, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be asked to wait or reschedule.
