The studio is built around personal attention, with each treatment shaped to the client's skin, goals and wellness journey rather than a standard routine.

A complimentary consultation lets clients talk through their skin, body and wellness goals and receive recommendations before booking. Each session includes 10 minutes for consultation and dressing. Clients sign a consent form before each new or specialized treatment and should disclose medical conditions, allergies and skin sensitivities beforehand.

The menu moves from express facials and signature facials to advanced treatments, body contouring and multi-session packages. The advanced range includes the SWiCH treatment, which uses a take-home kit and recommended follow-up care, and a 60-minute 2 Week Recovery Facial that the studio describes as a required follow-up to SWiCH. Facial enhancements such as LED therapy, microcurrent and gua sha can be added to most facials.

Booking is online, and clients can text for requests outside online availability, including same-day appointments and Mondays. Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused package sessions do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin, goals and wellness journey, and the studio places weight on personal attention.
