Each client starts with an education-focused approach to hair care, and the salon builds looks around the client's daily lifestyle and goals. Consultations, starting at $35 for at least 30 minutes, are recommended for new clients, bridal bookings, color and chemical services, and any work that needs custom planning. A consultation does not guarantee that a service can be booked, and some services may need an in-person assessment first.

The braid menu includes take-downs, stitch braids, crochet installs, knotless braids and Miracle Knots. Knotless services include a shampoo and scalp cleanse, a blow-dry, premium pre-stretched braiding hair and hair care recommendations, and pricing shifts with natural hair length and density or with added curls at the ends. Miracle Knots braid feathered crochet hair into the client's own hair, and the client supplies the hair and drops it off a few days before the visit. Sew-ins, quick weaves and sleek ponytails are also offered, with hair supplied by the client.

For natural hair, the salon offers wet styles such as rod sets, wash and gos, twist outs and curl definition, along with finger and comb coils, two strand twists and updos. Silk presses are done with Design Essentials or Moroccan products, both with heat protection. Treatments such as hydration, hot oil, scalp detox and detangling with steam are available, and priority booking can secure VIP, early-bird or after-hours appointments.

Booking requires a deposit, and cancellation fees are tiered by notice: none at 48 hours or more, 30 percent between 24 and 48 hours, 50 percent under 24 hours, and the full total for a no-show. Clients may reschedule once with 48 hours' notice, and a $15 late fee applies if a visit goes ahead after a 15-minute delay. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval.
