Knotless braids are the centre of the braiding side. Sizes run from jumbo through large and medium to small, and the small and medium versions include hair. The salon's small knotless braids are described as six rows on each side, twelve across the front, and take about eight hours. Medium knotless braids are five rows on each side and ten across the top, also about eight hours with hair included. Hair is included in all braiding styles, while boho and crochet styles require clients to bring their own hair.

For locs and loose natural styles, the salon offers loc detox for heavy buildup, loc maintenance that covers a shampoo and retwist, and loc styling that adds a style after the retwist. Loose options include flexi sets using flex rods for curls or waves without heat, rod sets, twist outs for hair from TWA length to hip length, and two strand twists in several versions.

New clients need to book a 15-minute consultation within 24 hours before a service is performed. The $20 consultation fee is credited toward the client's next appointment. Every service includes a shampoo and conditioning. Appointments hold a 15-minute grace period, after which the booking is canceled and the deposit is kept. A no-call, no-show makes a client ineligible for rebooking. Extra children who are not being serviced are not allowed in the salon during appointments.
