The studio concentrates on facials for acne and congested skin, with dermaplaning, chemical peels and personalized skincare audits alongside. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

A visit usually begins with a 30-minute consultation for $30. It covers skin history, a lifestyle intake, a review of the current routine and a personalized treatment plan. New clients who book a first facial within 30 days of the consultation receive $25 off that facial. Clients who only want a review of the products they already use can book a 30-minute Skincare Audit for $100, either virtually or in person.

The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute treatment that covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masque, facial massage and protective products, to a 90-minute Siren's Song facial that adds a hand and arm massage during the masque. Dermaplaning Facial is a 75-minute treatment that uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair. The Acne Facial runs 90 minutes and combines exfoliation, extractions and high frequency for active breakouts and congested skin. Chemical Peel sessions are 60 minutes, starting at $160, and the peel is chosen during the consultation. Downtime varies by peel and is discussed before treatment.

Longer programs are also available. The Clear Waters Series is a three-month acne program at $475 that includes a full skin consultation, three monthly acne facials, a mid-program skincare audit and virtual support. The Bridal Siren Series is three sessions timed to a wedding date at $495, with dermaplaning and extractions, an LED brightening follow-up, a dermaplaning and LED session without extractions near the date, and a goodie bag for the night before. Siren's Society is a membership billed every 4 or 6 weeks at $120 per period, including one signature facial each period and priority booking.

Deposits and booking rules apply. New clients are asked for a $25 deposit on most facial services, which is applied to the balance at checkout, and a $10 deposit for new clients booking brow, lash or waxing services. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. A valid card must be kept on file, and it is charged only for no-shows or late cancellations. Package and membership credits apply automatically when booking through the services page.

The studio describes its approach as pairing a considered, ritual-style experience with professional expertise, with the aim that clients leave with a plan they understand.
