The menu is built around blowouts. Clients can choose a named signature style such as The Vinoy, a classic round-brush blowout that adds volume and bounce without hot tools, or The DeSoto, The Skyway, Beach Drive, The Dali, The Don and The Trop. Other options include a no-wash blowout, a Dry Style that uses a hot tool on clean dry hair without a wash, and Extended Time for hair that takes longer than the base service. Braids and bubble braids can be added to any blowout or booked alone on styled hair. Kids six and under can book a blowout that does not include braids or pinning.

Up-dos, partial up-dos and Hollywood waves are offered with or without a wash, and the wash versions are priced higher. Wash and Up-Do and Wash and Hollywood Waves require a call to book in some cases, and on-site wedding hair and makeup is quoted by call or email. Makeup options run from eyes-only looks to full natural or dramatic makeup, with false lashes available for a fee or applied for less if the client brings their own.

Pricing varies slightly between the two locations. For example, a standard blowout is $50 in St. Petersburg and $55 in Tampa, and a Wash and Up-Do is $100 in St. Petersburg and $110 in Tampa. Every service includes a complimentary drink from a选择 of prosecco, rosé, pink champagne, white wine, a mimosa, or a non-alcoholic option. The business is licensed to serve and sell champagne and wine, and bottle service is brought to the chair in a gold stand with a sparkler.

Walk-ins are welcome, and the salon is open seven days a week. Clients can book a membership called Member-Sip, which has no contract, annual fee or cancellation fee, includes two blowout credits each month, and lets credits roll over and be gifted. Cancellations are free more than 12 hours ahead. Between 12 and 2 hours ahead a $25 fee applies, and within 2 hours or for a no-show the full appointment price is charged. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show.

The salon focuses on washing and styling hair and leaves cutting and coloring to other salons.
