Bridal bookings begin with a non-refundable $400 booking fee, paid by Zelle, which secures the date and artist once a contract is signed and is applied to the day-of cost. Weekend events held outside the salon have a $900 minimum. Travel is $75 per artist for locations within 60 miles of the salon, and locations farther out are quoted per event; bookings under six services carry a $100 travel fee. Payment is by Zelle or cash or check, with no credit cards, and gratuity is not included in pricing but is accepted.
Services cancelled with less than 30 days' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full contracted price, and only the person who signed the contract can make changes or cancellations. True Glam Waves are not offered on wedding days. Large parties can be accommodated with any number of services.
