The salon describes itself as built around skilled work, strong relationships and respect for the craft. Its stated mission is to make great hair and look after people, starting with listening and respecting the integrity of the hair.

Frank owns the salon and works as its lead stylist and salon educator. Stylists work at three levels: stylist (developing), specialist (established, with refined expertise) and lead (advanced, with a mentoring and education role). Pricing varies by stylist based on experience, education, expertise and demand.

Prices shown are starting points. The final price depends on the stylist, hair length, density, complexity, time and the product needed. Color, gloss, toner and root shadow services need a blow dry and style or a haircut added to the appointment. Extension consultations are complimentary, and installation and maintenance are custom priced after the consultation.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, or 48 hours for extension or color correction sessions. Shorter-notice cancellations are charged 50% of the service. No-shows without a call, text or email are charged the full scheduled session, and a card on file and a signed cancellation form are required before rebooking. Requests for haircut or color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the appointment. The salon does not accept checks and welcomes supervised children over 12.
