The color menu includes single process color, all-over bleach, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Tinsel and racoon tail options are offered as well, from a single tinsel piece up to two racoon tails. Hair extensions are also available, and the methods discussed at consultation are tape-ins, wefts, K-tips and I-tips.

Beard services include trims with scissors or trimmers, grey blending, and straight-razor line-ups. Full face and head shaves are done with a straight razor, a hot towel and lather. Eyebrow shaping and upper lip waxing are also offered.

Booking is handled through Glossgenius. Color consultations are required for first-time color clients, and an extension consultation is required before any extension service. Extension hair is not ordered until the consultation and payment are complete. Free consultations are available for color, extensions and new clients, and a consultation does not guarantee same-day service unless it is booked or otherwise arranged. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible so they can reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Tuesday 1 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
