Each visit starts with the client's hair type, lifestyle and preferences. Blonding is priced individually after a free consultation, and the salon uses professional-grade lighteners along with bond-building treatments to limit damage during lightening. Toner or gloss and a blowout are included with blonding, and a blowout is also included with color and haircut services.

Extension work begins with a consultation, and pricing depends on the type, length and volume chosen. Options include Invisible Bead, weft, hand-tied weft, K-Tip and tape-in extensions. Pieces are custom-ordered and color-matched to the client's own hair before installation, and extensions need maintenance visits every six to eight weeks.

Keratin smoothing and Malibu treatments are also offered, along with conditioning add-ons. Booking requires a credit card, and some services take a non-refundable deposit toward the total. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while later cancellations are charged half the booked cost and no-shows are charged the full amount.

Each appointment is customized to the client's hair type, lifestyle and preferences.
