A 30-minute color consultation, priced at $25, covers these points and is required before booking any color service.

Deposits are required at booking, and no deposit means no appointment. New clients pay a $52 nonrefundable deposit, of which $25 goes toward the service and $2 covers Cash App fees; returning clients pay a $27 nonrefundable deposit with the same split. Cash App is the only online payment method accepted. A $50 fee applies to all cancellations and reschedules, and clients have a 15-minute grace period before an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. Clients are asked to arrive with detangled hair, and for extension services they provide their own hair and bundles.

Extension and silk press visits are scheduled with time for the full process, and some services need extra time under a hooded dryer or for dryer time, which is not included in the listed service length. Clients are encouraged to read each service description and their confirmation email before booking and again before the appointment.
