The menu is organized around color and lightening. Balayage comes in a sun-kissed version and a full version, and highlights range from a creative highlight with up to 12 foils to full and partial highlights and full and partial babylights. Every lightening service includes one customized gloss or toner, and an Extra Bright Blonde add-on lightens the ends left out of the foils. Color services cover express root color, root touch-ups, full color, dimensional color, double process, vivid refreshes and gloss.

Most service prices include a blowout and light style unless otherwise noted. Free consultations are offered, including a complimentary consultation, a hair makeover consultation, and a quiet appointment with minimal conversation. A transformative blonde consultation is required before going significantly lighter or blending grey.

Clients are asked to attend appointments alone because of limited space and to arrange child care in advance. Tips are not expected but are accepted in cash only. Clients should raise any concern about their hair within 7 days of the appointment. All sales are final. A non-refundable booking fee may be requested and is applied toward the total. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, carry a 60% fee, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and must reschedule. Changes should be made by contacting the salon directly. Gift cards are offered at $100.
