Blow dries include a wash, blow dry and style, a Brazilian smoothing service aimed at reducing frizz, and monthly memberships with set signature blow dries. The hair menu runs from men's and kids' cuts and custom cuts to single-process color, highlights and balayage, dimensional refreshes, and full or partial blonding transformations. Treatments are Milbon scalp and repair services.

Longer color services such as the blonding transformations include root work, toner, a Milbon repair treatment with at-home care, and either a haircut or a blow dry and style. Partial and full highlight or balayage services are color and toner only, so the client leaves with wet hair.

Booking asks clients to cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside that window or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service, at the stylist's discretion. Gift cards are available. A silent appointment is a five-minute, no-charge visit that opens with a talk about the hair goals for the day; clients are asked to message the stylist before booking to discuss their current hair.

Major color changes, extensions and blonding are planned through a consultation first, and clients are asked to share their hair history and goals before booking a silent appointment.
