Extensions come in several styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a subtle, natural effect and take about two hours. Hybrid sets combine single extensions with small handmade fans in equal measure. Volume sets apply a fan to each natural lash and can be adjusted from natural to dramatic. A wet lash look uses a closed fan for a softer finish. Brown extensions are offered in either a classic or a full volume style, and their price depends on the look chosen.

Between full sets, clients can book a quick touch-up of about 50 minutes or a fill at two, three or four weeks. A two-week fill requires at least 60% of extensions to still be in place. Anything more than 23 days since the last application is booked as a full set because of outgrowth and shedding, which applies to clients who cannot come in at four weeks. Lash removal takes about 45 minutes, and the salon describes it as the safest and most effective way to remove extensions without damaging natural lashes.

Lash looks range from one extension per natural lash to full volume, with fills scheduled on set intervals.
