An initial brow session is $595 with Joanne and $395 with Christy. Appointments usually run 1.5 to 2 hours, with most of that time spent choosing colors and drawing the shape. The artist sketches the shape and color first and does not start until the client approves both. The business says healing takes about a week, and clients can usually return to work once they follow aftercare instructions. Lash extension appointments take about two hours, and no one else is allowed in the room during the service.

Follow-up visits are scheduled on a set timeline. A complimentary touch-up is included 4 to 6 weeks after the initial session. Paid follow-ups are $50 at 6 to 10 weeks, $100 at 10 to 12 weeks, and $200 or more at 12 to 16 weeks, which is optional. A second touch-up within three months costs $100. Most clients return for a refresher 1.5 to 2 years after their brow work. Returning clients of Joanne's who come back after six months to a year pay $395, with an optional $85 follow-up. The two-year refresher is $480 and includes a complimentary follow-up. Christy's returning clients pay $240 for the six-month to one-year refresher, plus an optional $75 follow-up, or $325 or more for the two-year refresher. Refresher pricing applies only to returning clients of Joanne; work done by other artists is priced as an initial session. Prices may change without notice.

Booking requires a $100 retainer per person. Arriving 15 minutes late to an initial session counts as a cancellation, and the retainer is not refunded. Arriving 10 minutes late to a touch-up is treated as a no-show and incurs a $50 fee. Touch-up dates depend on technician availability, so the business cannot promise a rescheduled touch-up will fall inside the complimentary window. Clients who have had permanent makeup from another artist should email photos of their brows before booking. A doctor's note clearing the client for the procedure must be provided at the appointment; without it the work cannot be done and the deposit is forfeited.

The business offers a three-day brow embroidery training course for $5,000, which includes a kit and is limited to two students per class. Topics include brow shapes, face shapes, symmetry, how work looks once healed, hand tool positioning, depth, and hairstroke placement. A $500 non-refundable retainer holds a course date and is credited toward the tuition balance, which is due before class begins. Students need a bloodborne pathogen certificate for body art and a Contra Costa County permit before working on models, and they arrange their own models unless the school is told otherwise.
