The work pairs professional hairstyling with trichology-informed scalp care. A visit usually opens with a consultation covering hair history, the current care routine, scalp concerns and what the client wants from their hair. Clients receive personalized product recommendations for keeping hair healthy at home. They are asked to arrive with hair detangled and free of heavy oils, butters or buildup, and may bring inspiration photos for a haircut or style.

Hair loss is a particular focus. Hair Loss Scalp Therapy is available as a targeted add-on without styling, with a customized regimen created by the trichology practitioner.

Booking policies: cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full scheduled price. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $25 late fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 4 PM, with Tuesday and Sunday closed.
