Visits are by appointment only, booked online or by calling the stylist directly, and walk-ins are not guaranteed. New clients are asked to bring three to five inspiration photos to the first visit. A professional shampoo is part of every service, and standard conditioner is included too. A non-refundable $25 deposit is taken at booking and applied to the total; deposits are also required to hold any appointment and for installs and color. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Services are final, so clients who are unhappy with a result should tell the studio within seven days.

Services are grouped into Design and Shape, Pigment Application, Specialty Services, Head Spa, and add-ons.
