Permanent makeup is the core of the business: microblading in several styles, a combo brow that pairs hair strokes with powder shading, ombre brows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner along the top, bottom or both lash lines, and touch-ups. Lash services cover full sets, refills and fills for lashes that were applied at another salon. Glam hair and makeup is offered for special occasions, and scalp micropigmentation and teeth whitening round out the menu.

Booking requires a deposit of $50 for lash services or $200 for brow services, and appointments are not held until the deposit is paid. The first permanent makeup visit runs about two to two and a half hours, and touch-ups about one to one and a half hours. A topical anesthetic made for cosmetic tattoos is used during permanent makeup procedures. Brows should stay dry for the first week, and the work takes about four weeks to heal fully. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99% APR according to the Cherry page.

The business also runs workshops in small classes for people building beauty careers, including training to become a permanent makeup artist. Some students have travelled from other countries for the hands-on sessions.
