Booking requires a deposit of $50 for lash services or $200 for brow services, and appointments are not held until the deposit is paid. A topical anesthetic made for cosmetic tattoos is used during permanent makeup procedures. Brows should stay dry for the first week, and the work takes about four weeks to heal fully. Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99% APR according to the Cherry page.

The business also runs workshops in small classes for people building beauty careers, including training to become a permanent makeup artist. Some students have travelled from other countries for the hands-on sessions.
