Brow Rehab Ink is a solo business that Jean Julo started to focus on brow and lash work. Jean has been doing this work for about four years, on and off, and runs every appointment personally.

Services are grouped into brows, lashes and waxing. Brow options range from a simple wax to a tint and wax, hybrid brows that use a stain on the skin and brow hairs, and brow lamination. Lash services include removal or a patch test, several fill timings, a Korean lash lift with optional tint, and full sets in several styles. Waxing covers the lip, chin, sideburns, cheeks, underarms, arms, legs and full face.

Booking has a few set rules. Clients who reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment need to pay a new deposit to rebook, and a deposit is kept for cancellations inside 48 hours or no-call, no-show visits. Clients with repeated no-calls or no-shows can no longer book. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio says client conversations are kept private.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday closed.

Jean approaches each appointment as one-on-one work, with the aim of clients leaving feeling good about how they look.
