Color is the largest part of the menu. Balayage is the main specialty, with reverse balayage, partial and full balayage or highlights, mini highlights, solid color, all-over blonde, gloss and glaze, and fashion color added to the hair. Full balayage is described as a dimensional, lived-in blonde. Clients who need box dye or other dyes removed can book color correction, which begins with a required consultation.

The head spa treatment is modeled on Japanese head spa work. It includes a scalp massage with oils, steam towels and a neck and shoulder massage, and it does not include a waterfall. Other treatments include deep conditioning, Olaplex, and Brazilian Blowout. Extensions are offered with genius weft and tape methods, and clients may bring their own extensions for installation, with a waiver signed for non-standard brands.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Emergencies are considered case by case. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
