Stylists work at different levels, and the salon says providers move up based on demand for their time. Guests choose the level that fits their needs and budget. The owner, Jenny Wayne, works as a Level 5A stylist. The salon is hiring apprentices, senior hair stylists, and front desk and coordinator staff, and offers a New Talent Stylist associate program with hands-on education and mentorship from senior stylists and educators.

Color services range from root touch-ups and all-over color to vivid and corrective color, which are priced after a consultation. Keratin treatments are offered, and the salon states they can leave hair healthier, smoother and more manageable for up to five months.

Booking requires a valid credit card. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and changes or missed appointments made with less notice carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Arrivals 20 or more minutes late may mean the service is adjusted or rebooked, and a cancellation fee may apply. Guests with concerns about a service should contact the salon within 48 hours.
