A visit follows a set sequence: booking, a consultation about the client's hair goals and style preferences, the braiding session, and then the finished style. Aftercare and maintenance directions for the style are given after the appointment, according to client reviews on the site.
The menu covers knotless braids, a boho version of knotless braids with soft curls, regular box braids, feed-in cornrows and tribal braids, twists, and crochet styles. Custom braided designs are also offered. Braids can be done in mid back, lower back, waist or butt length, and other lengths are arranged by phone.
Deposits and payment are handled in a specific way. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment and is applied to the total. Deposits not paid through PayPal are sent by Zelle within two hours of booking, or the appointment is canceled. The balance is paid at the appointment by Zelle or cash, with cash preferred. Clients who are not getting the shampoo service are asked to arrive with clean, stretched hair ready to braid.
