Loc services include Sister Locks and Micro Locs installation, retightening, retie visits and touch-ups for existing locs. Loc bookings are made by text rather than through the standard booking process.

Clients can bring their own hair or use the salon's hair for some styles, at an extra cost. Hair options such as Ruwa, Expression, Lil Looks, Spanish bulk and Cuban twist are used depending on the style. Hair needs to be at least 4 inches long, freshly washed, free of product, detangled and blow dried, a day before or on the day of the appointment.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Booking opens on the last Tuesday of each month at 9am. A $30 non-refundable deposit, paid by PayPal or debit card within 10 minutes of booking, holds the appointment and goes toward the service; it cannot be transferred to another client. PayPal charges $1.54 per transaction. The balance is paid in cash, Cash App or Zelle. Appointment times are estimates that vary with head size, hair length and thickness. Only the client being braided may attend, and style changes on the day of the appointment are not allowed.
