The lash extension menu has three full set looks. The natural look applies one or two extensions to each natural lash and takes about 2 hours. The volume look is a hybrid 3D technique that applies 2 to 3 ultra-fine extensions per lash, also about 2 hours. The mega volume look applies typically 6 to 12 ultra-lightweight extensions per lash and takes about 2 hours 30 minutes. Refills are priced by the time since the last visit: weekly refills take 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes and are for visits up to 7 days after the last appointment; 2 weeks refills take 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours and are for visits up to 14 days after; 3 weeks refills take about 2 hours and are for visits up to 30 days after. Longer gaps must be booked as the next option up, or as a full set after 30 days.
Clients who had extensions applied by another lash artist or salon can book a foreign fill, which takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. The new artist may need to remove or adjust existing extensions first. Removal itself takes 15 minutes and costs $40, and bottom lash extensions cost $40 and take 30 minutes, typically lasting 1 to 2 weeks.
Brow and lash finishing services are listed separately. Brow shaping with wax or tweezers costs $40 and takes 30 minutes. Henna brow tinting costs $60 and takes 30 minutes, and shaping plus henna tint costs $90 and takes 50 minutes. Brow lamination smooths and sets the brow hairs for a fuller look, lasts 6 to 8 weeks, and takes 45 minutes or more. Eyelash lifting shapes and curls natural lashes and takes 40 minutes or more, with a Plus Tint option that adds tinting. A semi-permanent lash tint costs $40 and takes 20 minutes. Upper lip waxing costs $15 and takes 15 minutes.
The Private Lash and Brow Concierge is a Los Angeles outcall service booked as a 6-hour reservation for $1,000. The reservation covers 1 hour of preparation, 1 hour of travel to the client, up to 3 hours of lash and brow care, and 1 hour of return travel. The concierge artist arrives 2 hours after the booked time, and visits are limited to travel within Los Angeles. A $200 deposit (20%) is applied toward the $1,000 total. After confirmation, the client sends the Los Angeles address and access details.
Each look is matched to the number of extensions applied per natural lash, and refills are scheduled around the time since the last visit.
