The head spa menu draws on Korean- and Japanese-inspired methods. Each session begins with a personal scalp analysis using a microscope camera, and the treatment is then customized. Trained scalp care specialists perform the sessions. The Signature Head Spa ($139, 60 minutes) and the Deluxe Head Spa ($200, 90 minutes) both include a scalp analysis, pre-wash treatment, detoxifying scalp scrub, shampoo, scalp massage, microbiome scalp treatment, scalp steam, serum infusion with oxygen spray and red light scalp massage, along with a full-body massage and aromatherapy. The Deluxe level adds extended scalp massage and a hand, scalp and neck massage. Hair is dried without styling, and a blowout can be added for an extra fee. Clients with hair extensions cannot have head spa treatments. Clients report deeper, more restful sleep after a session, according to the site.

Haircut appointments begin with an in-depth consultation, and cuts are tailored to face shape, hair texture and lifestyle. The salon recommends booking a regular cut and style about every 12 weeks, and sooner for colored hair. Color appointments also begin with a consultation, and clients can talk with their colorist during the service. Color work includes root color, partial and full highlights, balayage and foilayage, single process color, gloss and toner, color correction and ombre. The salon recommends color visits every four to six weeks.

The Brazilian Blowout is a smoothing treatment intended to reduce frizz. The site says it suits curly, wavy and straight hair, and that results last up to 12 weeks. According to the salon, it is safe for color-treated or chemically processed hair. Hair extensions are also offered, custom-matched to the client.

The brow menu covers eyebrow shaping, full face threading that removes unwanted facial hair without harsh products, brow shaping with tinting, and brow lamination, which sets brows into a fuller, more even shape that holds for weeks. Lash services include extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, lash lifts that curl natural lashes without extensions or mascara, and lash tinting. The makeup studio offers full face, bridal, special event and photo shoot makeup, and the salon recommends booking weddings and big events one to two weeks ahead. Payment plans are available through Cherry, which allows monthly payments for beauty and wellness services.
