The business is built around helping professionals move from working as an employee in a salon to running their own salon business. Rather than employing stylists, the salon rents each professional a private suite, and every professional runs their own business from that space.

Suites range from 100 to 135 square feet and can be customized. Tenants can add or remove equipment, change the layout and decorate, with one exception: painting is not allowed. Shampoo bowls are provided for hairstylists, and aestheticians can have them removed. Each suite includes brand new equipment, a washer and dryer, a break room and a central vacuum system.

Access is 24 hours through a secure phone app. Free Wi-Fi and free parking for tenants and their clients are included, and water, electricity and Wi-Fi are typically part of the suite rental fee.

To lease a suite, prospective tenants tour the space, discuss lease terms, complete a rental application and sign a lease. Tours are booked by phone or email. Pricing depends on suite size, current specials and contract length. The Dallas location offers flexible lease terms and a fully equipped breakroom, and its shampoo bowls are optional or removable.

Each professional runs their own business inside the salon, with suites that tenants can set up to suit their work.
