Leases are month-to-month, with no long-term commitment required. The lease covers professional liability insurance, basic salon equipment (a wash bowl, styling chair, cart, dryer and shampoo chair for hair suites, or a spa sink and cabinet for spa suites), all utilities except the renter's phone, and free WiFi. Renters can paint and customize their suite and may sell retail products while keeping their own markup.
