The business is a landlord for independent licensed professionals. Suites are intended for hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, nail technicians and massage therapists, who run their own businesses from their suite. Tenants choose and sell their own salon products and keep their own markup, and the business offers complimentary business education and free continuing education to tenants.

Each suite is fully enclosed and acoustically built, with its own thermostat. Hair suites come with a wash bowl, styling chair, rolling cart, dryer, shampoo chair and cabinet, while spa suites include a spa sink and cabinet. Suites can be customized in lighting, furnishings, paint and decor. Limited premium suites with extra room are available, and suite sharing is offered without extra fees.

Rent covers all utilities except the tenant's phone. Tenants and their clients have complimentary high-speed WiFi, and on-site commercial washers and dryers are free to use. A break room with a microwave, sink and seating is provided, along with abundant parking and a directory listing on the website and lobby screen. Suites have 24-hour keyless access and a security system with video surveillance.
