The salon describes its mission as raising breast cancer awareness with every cut, according to the salon. Each October it offers pink hair extensions, and all proceeds go to a local person facing breast cancer.

Color is a large part of the menu, from retouches and virgin color to balayage, full foil and wet-on-wet techniques. Color prices include styling. Balayage starts at $140, with the price adjusted for hair length and thickness.

Haircut prices are $15 for children and haircuts with color, $28 for men, $45 for women and $40 for a shampoo and cut without styling. A wash and style is $25, with flat iron or curl adding $10, and updos start at $75. Brow waxing, lip waxing and brow and lip together are $10, $10 and $15.

Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel. After a first missed appointment, a courtesy reminder about the missed appointment policy is sent. After a second, a charge of 50% of scheduled services or $25, whichever is greater, applies and must be paid before further services. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook. Local hand-made jewelry is also sold at the salon.
