Most of the work happens on location. Allyson travels throughout North Carolina and takes destination weddings, including international ones, and works with groups of five or fewer clients at a time. Clients with larger parties can book Allyson for the bride and receive a list of recommended artists for the rest of the group. Each wedding day gets a timeline built around it, and clients can reach out for beauty tips and support for hair and skincare at any hour.

Every bridal package includes a bridal preview for the bride, scheduled one to three months before portraits or the wedding day. Trial runs are not offered before booking. A date is held once a contract is signed and the deposit is paid, and bookings open one year ahead, one at a time. Airbrush and bridal bookings made online begin with an email, since a contract must be signed before any wedding services are booked.

Alongside bridal work, the salon offers a Blowout Bar menu, hair color, i-Tip extensions, Keratin Express smoothing, brow and lip waxing, and several treatments. Allyson works behind the chair on cuts and color part time during the week, and new clients book a consultation for a haircut or color before other services.
