Allyson Smith is the owner and lead stylist for hair and makeup at Allyson's Chair, and she focuses on bridal hair and makeup. She is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 10 years of hairstyling experience, and she has been part of more than 250 weddings. She started Allyson's Chair in 2018. She welcomes brides and bridal parties. Her training began at cosmetology school, followed by time working in various spas and salons. She has also trained with Merle Norman, Jane Iredale and Temptu for airbrushing, and has learned from estheticians, licensed cosmetologists and master stylists, including at Ash and Co. Bridal hair in Charleston, SC. Outside the bridal calendar, she does cuts and color part time on weekdays.
