Haircuts are offered for young children, men and women, and every haircut includes a blow-out; a flat iron or curls can be added for $10. Color ranges from base color root touch-ups and bleach touch-ups to full highlights, full root highlights, toners, glosses and glazes. Custom balayage, ombre and specialty color are priced after a consultation, and color correction is charged hourly after a consultation as well.
Hair treatments include Milbon custom conditioning options in tiers, from a basic custom treatment to a luxury version with a weekly take-home booster, a 15-minute scalp massage and a heated shoulder wrap. An Olaplex treatment is also available as an add-on. Facial waxing covers the lip, chin, brows and a multi-wax option, and brow color can be added to waxing or booked on its own.
Online booking is open around the clock and requires a credit card. Reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full appointment price, and arriving more than 10 minutes late can mean the appointment is forfeited and a fee applies. Gift certificates in any amount can be bought online, and Resurgence Hair Care products are sold through the online shop. The salon describes its products as the best in the industry.
