Services are grouped into haircut and style, color and highlights, hair treatments, hair extensions, bridal services and eyelash extensions, and the salon lists prices for most of them.

Single process color runs from roots to ends and is mostly used to maintain an existing tone, while a root touchup usually suits a grow-out of about 4 to 8 weeks. Express roots are applied and rinsed without styling for clients about 4 to 6 weeks out, and the salon also offers a 10-minute color. Platinum work begins with a call from the stylist after booking to confirm the client is a good candidate, and vivid fantasy color requires a consultation and planning before it is booked. Red Hot color is priced from $165 to $200, with a stylist following up to consult on the route, and it is not a color correction.

Hair extensions begin with a consultation to discuss cost and upkeep, and pricing is set at that visit. The salon offers invisible bead extensions using Kitsune Slavic Hair or Bellami hand-tied wefts, Bellami machine wefts for sew-ins, keratin-bonded K-tip extensions and tape-ins suited to filling in the sides. Eyelash extensions also require a consultation, and a full set is priced at $175 with fills at $75.

Bridal services include bridal hair, bridal makeup, eyelash extensions and on-location styling for the bride and her party. Appointments can be held at the salon or with the team traveling to the client.

Booking policies ask for cancellations within 12 to 24 hours when possible, and the salon will rebook the appointment. Late arrivals may be rescheduled or shortened. The salon does not offer refunds, and staff decide complimentary fixes case by case. Late payments may incur up to $5 per day, the return check fee is $30, phone payments carry a 3% processing charge, and payments over $300 carry a 2.75% processing fee. Additional product fees may apply. A referral card gives a friend 15% off their first service, and after three cards return, the referring client receives $100 off a future service used in one visit. Free parking is available in designated spots, and clients can call 248-505-6322 or text.

The salon works from a consultation-first approach for color that needs planning, extensions and vivid work, and aims to deliver what each client is looking for while keeping hair healthy.
