The color menu includes single and double process color, focus foils, full foils, balayage, and color retouches. Double process color is for advanced colors and begins with an initial consultation. Color correction is priced from $500 and billed hourly at $75 with a four-hour minimum per appointment. The Malibu demineralization treatment is recommended before a color service and for quarterly maintenance, and a longer Malibu Intensive is also available.

Booking requires deposits for several services. Consultations need a non-refundable $50 deposit that holds the time, and new clients booking full foil, balayage, color correction, Solo Creative Intensive or Creative Collective Class pay a deposit as well. Cancellations with 72 or more hours' notice carry no fee, while later cancellations and same-day no-shows are charged a share of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and gift cards are offered.

The salon also runs two classes for licensed professionals, the Solo Creative Intensive for one-on-one or small group learning and the Creative Collective Class for up to four additional attendees. Both cover color wheel knowledge, mixing, formulations and real-world application. Attendees must bring a valid license and ID.
