The cuts and styling group covers men's and boys' haircuts, beard and bang trims, women's shampoo-and-cut options, a DEVA curly cut for women with long curly hair, and blowouts. Facial waxing covers the eyebrows, lip and chin, singly or combined. The texture and treatment group includes clarifying, deep conditioning, Olaplex, perms, keratin-style and Brazilian blowout services. Color work ranges from glosses and full-head coverage to high-lift color, double process and color corrections, which require a consultation first. Highlighting covers traditional highlights and lowlights, balayage, foilayage and root and tone services.
Blowouts mean the hair is washed, blow-dried and styled, without dye or a cut. According to the salon, a properly maintained blowout lasts three to five days. The salon recommends a trim every six to eight weeks to keep hair healthy, and a coloring appointment typically takes two to four hours.
Booking is online only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients can call 919-247-2471 for help booking. Reschedules are allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment, and online cancellations up to six hours before. Deposits are not refunded for later changes, no-shows or same-day changes forfeit the deposit, and a $25 fee applies to same-day reschedules or cancellations. Clients unhappy with their results can contact the salon within two days to ask for a remedy.
