Balayage and color services start with a consultation, and the first balayage consultation is free before booking. Colors are measured with the VISH system, which tracks the color and developer used by the gram or ounce to cut waste; if more color is needed than a standard service uses, an extra charge applies. The salon uses Schwarzkopf Professional color and Redken Shades EQ glosses.

The keratin treatment is a smoothing service meant to reduce frizz, add shine, and make hair easier to manage. It uses GK products and takes one to three hours. It does not permanently straighten hair; it coats the strands with a protein layer, and results typically last up to three months depending on hair type and aftercare. Because the process involves high heat and strong ingredients, clients are asked to keep their hair completely dry for 72 hours afterward and to avoid clips, ponytail holders, hats, and braids.

Prices are starting points and can vary with hair length and thickness. They also rise with the experience of the stylist performing the service. New clients booking a color service pay a non-refundable retainer no later than the day before, and keratin cancellations within 48 hours forfeit a $150 retainer. Cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours notice are charged half the scheduled service. Appointment reminders go out by text and email 24 and 48 hours ahead. The salon is open Monday 9am to 8pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm, and is closed on weekends.
