The menu spans hair care, color, extensions, styling and haircuts. Chemical texture services include relaxers, a low lye texturizer, Wave By Design permanent waving and STS, a Design Essentials strengthening system that the salon says smooths frizz and lasts about 12 weeks. Color runs from foil highlights and balayage to vivid semi-permanent shades. Extension work includes braids, knotless styles, crochet, quickweaves, tape-ins, clip-ins and wig installs, and clients supply their own hair for most of these. Styling covers roller sets, flexi-rod and twist sets, silk wraps, silk press, locs and the three-hour Lux Hair Bath.

Visits are booked online only, and a deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-call no-shows carry a $25 fee per cancelled service, and the deposit is not refunded. Listed service times are general estimates that depend on hair length and condition. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the preferred stylist, and walk-ins booked for days or times marked unavailable carry an extra fee starting at $50. Only clients with confirmed appointments may wait in the waiting area, and children may be in the salon only when they have an appointment and are being serviced.
