Hair loss work begins with a consultation and a review of lifestyle and health history, followed by high-definition imaging of the scalp through a trichology scope. Genetic screening options include the HALO DNA swab, a one-time mouth swab that reads genetic markers tied to scalp, hair and skin health, and an epigenetic follicle test that examines a hair-bulb sample for more than 800 markers. Non-invasive scalp sessions include Jet Plasma Hair Regeneration, which applies cold atmospheric plasma and may be combined with exosomes, PDRN or growth factors, and Juvasonic Infusion Therapy, which uses ultrasonic vibration to carry those same ingredients into the scalp. Appointments can take place in person or virtually. For clients who want to check their scalp at home, the salon recommends lower-cost scopes. These services do not constitute medical advice and are no substitute for a visit to a dermatologist; any medical or pharmaceutical needs are referred elsewhere.
Extensions begin with an application, which is reviewed. Qualifying applicants are invited to a consultation, then receive a custom quote. Pricing depends on current hair color, extension color and length, the installation, the number of wefts and how much hair is ordered. A nonrefundable retainer, set at the consultation, is required before booking. Options include hidden beaded sewn-in extensions, which need hair at least to the collarbone to blend, K-tip extensions that add length and thickness to a specific area without a full install, halo hairpieces that attach with a string and are adjusted to fit, and permanent toppers bonded with heat-activated polymer. The salon says extensions typically last four to seven months with proper care. Olaplex is not permitted with extensions under the salon's service contract.
Each professional runs an independent business, so clients book directly with the individual provider, and payment methods and plans vary by provider. Hair loss services are not covered by insurance, but HSA and FSA payments are accepted and an itemized receipt is provided for insurance claims, without any guarantee of reimbursement. Payment plans are available for hair loss services. Parking is behind the building, with accessible parking in front and a main-level station for guests who use mobility aids or prefer to avoid stairs. The salon is closed on Sundays.
Extension and hair loss work begins with an application or consultation, and plans are built around each client's hair and scalp rather than a fixed menu.
A calm, welcoming space set up for unhurried appointments.
