Blonding often returns every 6 to 8 weeks, or up to 3 to 4 months depending on the brightness desired, and lived-in color clients commonly come back about 2 to 4 times a year. Color appointments generally take about 2.5 to 4 hours.

Custom hair extensions are meant to add length, volume and fullness and are fitted to each client's natural hair. The business describes its extensions as luxury. The process runs from the inquiry to a personal review of hair history and goals, then an in-person consultation covering maintenance, home care and customized pricing, and finally a tailored plan before booking. Installations take about 3 to 5 hours, move-ups are generally every 6 to 8 weeks, and replacement hair lasts roughly 6 to 12 months depending on care.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes incur 50% of the service cost, and changes under 12 hours incur 100%. Email cancellations are not accepted. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening the services that day.
