Hair service consultations run 15 minutes and are used to talk through hair goals, concerns and ideas and to assess hair condition, color and texture before a service.

Color is priced from a starting point. Custom highlights and full head color include one bowl of color, with additional bowls charged extra, and color retouch covers up to one inch of new growth; more outgrowth is treated as a full head color.

Haircuts for women and men include a shampoo, hot towel, head massage and blow-dry. The women's cut can be a maintenance trim or a signature haircut. Children's cuts for ages 10 and under include a light blow-dry and product on request.

Extensions are offered as a consultation, a move-up and a sew-in install. The extension consultation is a 30-minute session, and when a client goes ahead the hair is ordered and the install is booked at that time.

Each service begins with a consultation to set hair goals and assess condition, color and texture before any work is planned.
