Visits are booked by service, and each service lists its own length and deposit. A curly cut for a new client runs about 165 minutes and includes a customized cut, a deep conditioning steam, cleansing and styling, curl definition, and tips for diffusing and styling at home. Returning clients can book a cut for existing clients, and an express 10-minute dry cut is available for returning clients who had a curly cut with the studio within the last four months and are not seeking a major shape change. Men's curly cuts cover shorter curly hair, but tapering, fades, clipper work and barber-style cuts are referred to a barber. Kids' curly cuts are for ages 4 to 7, and only one parent or guardian may accompany the child because of the studio's size.

Color options range from a root touch up and a root shadow technique to partial and full lowlights, a face-frame or mini lightening service, and full or partial lightening. Color correction starts with a required consultation. A Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is also offered, priced per hour from $160.

Bookings are open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the studio is closed on Sundays. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they go toward the service when the appointment is kept or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or changed with less notice forfeit the deposit, and no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Location hair service is available for wedding-day styling and other on-site visits. A travel fee starts at $75 and depends on distance, with a $50 deposit required. Clients must speak with Taylor before booking a location appointment.
