Policies for clients: arriving 15 minutes late adds a 10 percent late fee, cancelling less than 48 hours ahead or not showing up adds a 50 percent service fee, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lash refills require at least 45 percent of lashes remaining, otherwise the refill is charged accordingly.
