Mobile appointments take place at the client's home, and no services are performed outdoors or in a garage. The salon is meant to feel welcoming and relaxing. Haircuts and blowouts ask clients to wash hair as close to the appointment as possible, and hairstyling appointments need clean, fully dry hair without flat ironing beforehand. Makeup appointments need a clean face free of previous makeup.

Rescheduling needs 24 hours notice, and a deposit may move to another day or time for the same service type. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled amount.
