Booking works in steps. New clients complete an intake form and then a virtual or in-person skin assessment before any treatment, and clients who have not visited in over a year need a new assessment. The virtual assessment is a 30-minute online session for people who cannot come in, priced at $149 before taxes and fees, and it includes a personalized product plan with check-ins. The in-person assessment is priced at $275 and produces a roadmap of recommended studio treatments and a homecare routine. Virtual clients cannot receive studio treatments.

Treatments are customized after the assessment, with homecare guidance between visits. The core focus areas are acne, hyperpigmentation and anti-aging concerns. The studio describes its goal as helping clients reach their best skin, and says its approach puts skin barrier health first.

The studio uses product lines including DMK, G.M. Collin, Hale & Hush and Circadia. The business says its products are researched and tested and labels them Shanti approved. Products can be bought through the online shop at shopshantiskincare.com.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. Walk-ins, phone bookings and social media messages are not accepted. Hours are Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with limited appointments on Monday and Wednesday. Online bookings require full payment for the service, while in-studio bookings require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards and Vagaro Pay Later are accepted, with a 3% processing fee on card payments. Cash is not accepted at this time. Payment plans are available through Affirm or Cherry. The treatment bed supports up to 300 lbs.
