Every facial runs 60 minutes and follows the same base steps: a double cleanse, a skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, a massage of the face, neck and décolleté, extractions, and a treatment mask. Each visit also includes a personal conversation about home care and longer-term skin goals. The facial menu ranges from a Deep Pore Cleansing Facial at $180, suited to first-time clients and all skin types, up to a Dermaplaning Facial at $280. In between are facials built around specific goals, such as an LED Rejuvenation Facial, a Resurfacing Facial using a diamond-tipped microdermabrasion wand, a Chemical Peel Facial recommended for anti-aging or acne, a Contour & Lift Facial using microcurrent, and a Lymphatic Drainage & Sculpting Facial that includes gua sha. Facial add-ons are attached to a facial rather than booked alone. Options include nano-infusion, microcurrent, chemical peel, microdermabrasion, light therapy and gua sha, priced per add-on, plus high frequency and dermaplaning. The Customized Facial is tailored to skin needs, with two targeted add-ons chosen by the esthetician. The Acne/Pore Cleansing Facial includes enhanced extractions and light therapy. Packages suit clients working toward a longer plan. The Acne Boot Camp Package is six visits spaced about four weeks apart. The Bridal Glow-Up Package is seven visits beginning about six months before the wedding, with monthly customized facials, and its final visit falls three to four days before the wedding and includes unlimited enhancements other than dermaplaning. Microchanneling, a collagen-focused treatment that includes a stem cell serum and requires no downtime, is also offered on its own at $380, or as a series of three for $990. Between visits, the studio offers a home skincare review in which the esthetician checks the products and methods a client uses. Clients can also book virtual skincare coaching by video call or text alongside in-person treatments, and skin care products can be ordered for delivery to a client's home. A complimentary skincare consultation by phone is available before booking, and an online skin analysis form covers concerns, skin type, sun reaction, sleep and budget. The studio's policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedules; shorter notice carries a $75 fee. Tipping is appreciated but not expected. A referral program gives $30 off the next treatment for a client who refers a friend. Clients are advised not to apply makeup to freshly extracted skin for four to five hours after a treatment. The studio's advice is not a substitute for guidance from a doctor, dermatologist or other health care professional.
